The stylist was not only talented but also very personable, making me feel welcomed and valued. One thing I loved was how she explained each step of the process, which made me feel more involved and informed about my own hair. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the coloring process; it turned out beautifully! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, too, which made the experience even better. My only suggestion would be to have a few more options for beverages while you wait. I would have loved a cup of tea!
